during my stay, I loved how the hotel's location made it super easy to walk to nearby parks and landmarks. The modern, clean rooms were such a nice surprise for a budget-friendly spot!

The location near Baylor is super convenient for campus events. Bed was a bit small. full size rather than queen, not very comfortable.

Motel 6 Waco, Lacy Lakeview was conveniently located near Baylor University, making it easy to get to my daughter's events. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were really friendly. I appreciated the clean room, which is a big plus when traveling.

So there was a full size tub, which is way better than those Motel 6 tortilla chip bathtubs you know. The staff were surprisingly friendly and even helped me with the WiFi issue. A real unexpected win you know.

The bed was comfortable which allowed for a decent night's sleep. The shower had good water pressure making my morning routine enjoyable.

The room experience left much to be desired. The A/C leaked water onto the floor by the fridge and microwave, which created a slippery hazard, making it tough to navigate. The bathroom had its fair share of issues too, like a broken toilet paper roll holder and a hole in the ceiling. Further, the area felt sketchy at night, and parking lacked proper lighting, adding to an unsettling atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent at best. returning to a messy room at day's end was disappointing. Overall, while the price might seem appealing, the condition of the room and location are major drawbacks.
